Step Two
Schedule a Meeting
Your dedicated Property Manager will meet you at the property to conduct a valuation and if you’re happy to proceed, capture some high quality marketing photos.
Step Three
Property marketing
Your property will be listed on all property portals and our exceptional in-house marketing team will generate further interest from renters across 30+ additional channels.

Step Four
Viewings and offer negotiation
Our team will conduct accompanied viewings (including evening and weekends) at your property with prospective renters. Any offers made on the property will be negotiated on your behalf by your Property Manager.
Step Five
Tenancy administration
After an offer has been agreed we will complete the tenancy administration required to secure the let. This includes full tenant referencing, deposit registration, and third-party tenancy services.

Property Management
We offer full end-to-end property management services for our clients including rent collection and arrears chasing, a 24/7 phone line for tenants, emergency works response, maintenance coordination and regular safety inspections.
