September was another great month for LeBern with many things to celebrate.

We have agreed to purchase a property from one of our existing property management clients. They wanted to sell quickly; we have now received a mortgage offer with a view to complete the purchase early next month.

I’m delighted we have seen continued growth in the interest of all our services across all our marketing platforms with significant growth in organic traffic.

Our eviction support service exceeded the number of landlords we anticipated we would help get successful possession again and has grown both year on year and month on month. The highest judgement this month awarded was £49,350.00. We have secured some landlords after possession on our guaranteed rent service for 3 years, which prevent these landlords facing these situations again and are working to improve how many more we can help post eviction.

We welcomed John into the maintenance subscription and Parlene in the office administrator teams and we are planning further team expansions in the coming months.

We now look forward to October with a hectic month already planned.
