At LeBern, we’re focused on delivering high-quality property and housing services through excellence, family values, and continuous improvement. We’re now looking for a driven and commercially astute Bid & Business Development Manager to lead our growth through contract acquisition.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in bidding for government or commercial tenders, particularly in block management, housing, and maintenance contracts.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and track tender opportunities via portals (e.g. Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, public procurement sites)
  • Prepare, write, and submit compelling bid responses across service lines
  • Build and manage relationships with local authorities, housing associations, developers, and procurement bodies
  • Lead pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), expressions of interest (EOIs), and full tender submissions
  • Maintain a tender calendar and internal bid library
  • Collaborate with the CEO and operational leads to refine commercial strategy and delivery model
  • Assist in framework and DPS registrations where appropriate

👤 About You:
  • Proven success in bidding and tendering within housing, facilities, property management, or social care
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of UK procurement processes and tender portals
  • Strong relationship-building skills with public and private sector clients
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
