🎯 Role Overview:
This role supports LeBern’s eviction service division, working closely with landlords and internal teams to manage the legal process of regaining possession of property. The position requires excellent organisational and client communication skills and a strong understanding of documentation and timelines in the eviction process.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare eviction notices (Section 8, Section 21) with full legal accuracy

File and manage county court possession claims when required

Track all live eviction cases, deadlines, and next-step actions

Respond to inbound client queries on eviction progress and next steps

Liaise with external legal teams and court services

Maintain digital records and support reporting on case outcomes

Suggest and implement improvements to documentation or process
💼 Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in property management, legal admin, housing officer, or court-related roles

Understanding of the eviction process in England (training provided if needed)

Strong document handling and written communication skills

Professional, calm manner when speaking to clients under stress

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
