We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of residential units, ensuring high standards of compliance, communication, and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing tenancies end-to-end and experienced in using Arthur (PMS) and HubSpot (CRM) to track, report, and communicate effectively.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction
  • Handle tenancy lifecycles including onboarding, renewals, inspections, deposit returns, and terminations
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance using contractors and internal teams
  • Monitor arrears, liaise with tenants, and escalate appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records in Arthur and communicate with tenants and landlords via HubSpot
  • Deliver excellent service to landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio
  • Track tenancy status, compliance, and tasks using Arthur
  • Handle tenant onboarding, mid-term inspections, deposit returns, and tenancy ends
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor scheduling
  • Respond to tenant queries, complaints, and emergencies
  • Keep landlords informed using structured HubSpot workflows
  • Monitor rent collection, assist with arrears, and manage payment queries
  • Maintain all compliance records: gas certs, EICRs, licenses, EPCs, etc.
  • Liaise with local authorities and utility companies as needed
👤 About You:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
  • Proficient with Arthur and HubSpot (or strong tech adaptability)
  • Confident handling compliance, tenancy queries, and conflict resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, fact-based communicator with a high standard of integrity
