About Us
We’re a fast-growing property company offering landlords peace of mind with a guaranteed fixed income for 3 years—no voids, no hassle. Our innovative acquisition model has created strong inbound interest from property owners across the country, and we’re now looking for an ambitious, commercially savvy Inbound Sales Specialist to help convert this demand into long-term partnerships.

Role Overview
As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for landlords enquiring about our guaranteed rent offer. You'll own the sales journey—from qualifying and educating inbound leads, through conducting light market research, crafting compelling offers, presenting proposals, and closing deals. You’ll manage all interactions via our HubSpot CRM, ensuring a smooth and consistent deal flow.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound leads across multiple channels (web, email, phone) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Qualify and educate landlords on our guaranteed rent model and its benefits.
  • Conduct market research to assess property viability and local demand.
  • Create tailored rental proposals, using our internal frameworks and tools.
  • Present and pitch offers with clarity and confidence, primarily via phone or video calls.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all contractual and onboarding steps are completed smoothly.
  • Track all activity in HubSpot CRM, maintaining up-to-date records, deal stages, and notes.
  • Work closely with operations, legal, and property management teams to ensure successful handover post-close.
  • Deliver monthly sales targets, with a focus on conversion rate, deal value, and speed-to-close.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in inbound sales, property sales, or lettings (B2C or B2B).
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills—you're confident, clear, and persuasive.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities to evaluate property market demand and viability.
  • Highly organised with CRM experience, ideally HubSpot.
  • Self-motivated, with a track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
  • Understanding of the UK property market is a plus, but not essential.

Why Join Us?
  • Work with a forward-thinking, disruptive property model.
  • High-quality inbound leads—no cold calling required.
  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
  • Be part of a scalable, growing team with real progression opportunities.
  • Modern CRM and tech stack to support your success.
  • Make a real impact on a company changing the way landlords earn.

Ready to help landlords earn guaranteed income—and close deals while you’re at it? Apply now and join a team that’s redefining property acquisition.
